We information architects and user experience folks tend to prefer dealing with the real users, the designs, and the creative expression of our ideas, and not so much with the numbers. We spend our time developing prototypes, testing designs with users, and then interpreting those results for a creative solution that provides outstanding user experiences. But our exposure to the data and measurement end can be limited, or nonexistent.”
